Fiber optic lines on Indian creek

Im pretty sure they ran Fiber optic line down Indian creek and other places in wise county. Anybody know what the deal is with tme? How do you get it to your house or whatever. We live where they want run cable and the only option for high speed is Sat. Just wondering if anyon had any info on it.

i think the fiber optic lines were ran to help attract new business to the area only.

I'm not quite sure there's even service to the lines yet - they looped fiber optic around a pretty good portion of the county.
